This half hour workout combines challenging ab-focused exercises with fun and relaxing stretches that tone and strengthen pretty much everything! The regular workout (available with or without the instructor's voice) is difficult but I was able to complete it my first time without any tears shed. There are bonus workout blasts that focus on specific areas if you need a greater level of difficult on abs, thighs, and so on. I would highly recommend this DVD to anyone who is looking to start on pilates or is looking to add an exercise ball to his/her routine.
