At Naturaljourneys, we work hard to serve you!


Online: Ordering online is fast, convenient, and safe. Our site employs the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that your personal information is kept secure. Payment can be made online using any of the major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).

Upon completion of the order checkout process, an Order Confirmation message will be sent to you via email.




Naturaljourneys ships to most addresses in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Sorry, but delivery to other international addresses is not available at this time.

Available shipping carriers are FedEx and USPS. Direct link to the official  FedEx and USPS online databases allow our shopping cart software to calculate and display the actual rates for each of the applicable shipping methods during the checkout process . Shipping rates for each of the available methods may be previewed prior to submitting your order.

Overnight and 2nd Day Air orders received by 10 AM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped within three to five (3-5) business days.

Transit Times: Actual delivery times vary depending on which shipping method you select. The following are estimates from the FedEx and USPS web sites:

  • FedEx Ground: 2-5 business days
  • FedEx Saver: 3 business days (48 contiguous states only)
  • FedEx 2nd-Day Air: by Next business day by end of day
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Next business day by 3PM
  • FedEx First Overnight: Next business day before 10AM (48 contiguous states only)


Although we endeavor to maintain every item in stock at all times, some products will occasionally be out of stock at the time you place your order. The stock status of each item is updated hourly, and is clearly spelled out in red or green text on the item detail page. If you do decide to initiate a backorder by placing an item marked Out of Stock in your cart, please understand that, due to credit card security regulations, we must charge your card up front for all items ordered. Items that are Out of Stock will be backordered and shipped separately from In Stock items (with no additional shipping charges) as soon as they become available using the same shipping method.


All orders placed on the Naturaljourneys website must be paid in U.S. currency.


If you have a coupon or special offer code, be sure to enter the code number in the appropriate box during the checkout process to receive your special offer or discount.


Naturaljourneys charges sales tax on all orders shipped to California. Tax rates are based on your Ship-To Zip Code. Sales tax is also charged on shipping and handling in states where this is required by law.


We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with any purchase you make with us. If, for any reason, you choose to return a product to us, we will exchange it or credit your account WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER SHIP DATE. Damaged or defective products will be exchanged for a like title within 30 days of the order ship date. E-mail to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please note that we only accept returns of products purchased directly from We do not accept returns of items purchased from other sources.


Our site uses the Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") protocol to maintain a very high level of security. We guarantee that your credit card information will be safe when you place an order at Naturaljourneys. If you are ever a victim of credit card fraud, the Fair Credit Act specifies that your credit card company can hold you liable for no more than fifty dollars ($50.00) in fraudulent charges to your account. (Most most major card issuers now have a $0 liability policy.) At Naturaljourneys, you will be reimbursed for any amount up to fifty dollars ($50.00) billed to you by your credit card company for unauthorized charges to your account, if those charges result from an order you have placed on our secure server. To qualify for this protection, you must promptly notify your credit card company of any fraudulent charges and follow the procedure for doing so as outlined in your credit card agreement.
